Wine for Pasta: Rocche Costamagne, Barbera d’Alba, 2021 (sustainable) ~ Medium-bodied, smooth with deep red cherry notes. 24.99/btl.
Wine for Bolognese: Moulin de Gassac, Guilhem, Rosé, 2021 (organic) ~ Crisp with soft fruit notes. Cinsault, Carignan, and Grenache. 14.99/btl..
Entrees are served with a side of asparagus and quinoa pilaf. Also includes a salad of mixed lettuce, slivered fennel, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and French Dijon vinaigrette, with fresh artisan bread and extra virgin olive oil.
