Wine for Ribeye: Rubus Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa, 2021 ~ Dark fruit and tobacco notes 28.99/btl.
Wine for Pasta and Salad: Domaine de Fenouillet, Côtes de Ventoux, Rosé, 2022 (organic) ~ Red fruit notes with citrus rind makes for great vibrancy 24.99/btl.
Entrees are served with a side of roasted courgettes and garlic mashed potatoes. Also includes a salad of arugula, slivered fennel, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and an olive oil balsamic dressing with fresh artisan bread and olive tapenade in extra virgin olive oil.
